Resources for Support People

As a family member, partner, friend or sponsor, watching someone you care about struggle with addiction can be a lonely and difficult experience. Even if your person isn’t ready for therapy themselves, we can still support you.

You’re welcome to book a session for counselling yourself. If the person you’re supporting is seeing me as their therapist, I can refer you to someone else. For ethical reasons I can’t see both of you, but email me and I’ll help you find a counsellor of your own.

I also offer workshops and other resources on supporting someone through recovery.
